I am using an automatic list program to keep track of the people who receive this paper so that I can send notification when the paper is published.   I also expect to write extensions, which I can then send you when they are completed.

The automatic list program uses an opt-in mechanism to protect people from SPAM.  That means that you will receive an email and need to click on a link to confirm your interest before you are added to the list and sent the paper.
