Gratitude: A positive emotion that can be learned

In September 2007, I was invited to speak to a church group about the science of gratitude.  I found myself making a gratitude scrapbook to collect reflections and quotations that enhance my own ability to feel gratitude, and therefore experience all the benefits it brings.

Here's a link to the gratitude category in my blog, where I have stored an outline for a gratitude presentation, descriptions of positive interventions to increase gratitude, and various instances where gratitude is the most appropriate response to events in my daily life.
